Individual Tantra Therapy

Tantra therapy weaves several aspects of modern and ancient therapeutics to offer an integrative and personal experience.

Tantra Therapy includes breathwork , intentional asana & guided meditation while weaving in elements of touch, sound and talk therapy to give a full and personalized experience.

At your first appointment, you can expect to meet with your facilitator one on one to discuss your goals, identify current breathing patterns, identify body sensations and explore physical/emotional response. We will utilize foundational breathing techniques and a personalized balance of asana, meditation, touch and sound.

You can expect to feel deeply relaxed after your appointment as well as feeling more mental clarity and more sustained energy levels for an extended period of time. You will be given a take home practice that you can work on in between appointments.

Your follow up sessions will be more personalized and more time will be spent in practice than your first session. Your sessions will follow the path towards your specific goals and will adjust in intensity based on your progress.

Often, Tantra therapy can be very emotional and you may be faced with a strong urge to cry, vocalize or move your body to release the emotion embodied during your appointment from the body. These reactions are typical and normal, we have different approaches for individuals on how to facilitate the transition out of your session. Some people might prefer 10 minutes in the space alone to process without input. Others might prefer talking about their experience with the facilitator. You will be given options on how you want to close your session and you can change them at each appointment as you like.
